Table Warranty, Mission Statement, and Return Policy

Comfort Craft Warranty 2001

Comfort Craft, Inc. will ensure the operation of the customized bodywork table as follows. The construction of the frame is covered for five years. The motors and electronics are covered for two years. The upholstery is warranted for one year against workmanship defects.

- Steel constructed frames for five years

- Motors and electronics for two years

- Upholstery for one year

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect (such as tears in upholstery), or acts of God. Some restrictions may apply. All shipping costs on any authorized Comfort Craft warranty work will be incurred by Comfort Craft, Inc., (within the continental USA and Canada). All unpaid balances may void warranty. All warranties are applicable to the original owner only.

These warranties begin on the date of delivery and are in effect according the above listed criteria. We feel customer service is the key to a happy long life owner.

Return Policy

15% Restocking Fee, Plus Return Shipping Costs Must be in original condition* and within 30 days of delivery date.
(*There must no damage to the product)
